4-H Park Reservation Info

The Caroline County 4-H Youth Park is located on Detour Road, off Route 16 outside of Denton. Several facilities are available for rentals. We welcome events such as: wedding receptions, birthday parties, anniversary parties and much more.

The Reger Pavilion is perfect for your outdoor picnic, wedding reception or crabfeast. It is a covered pavilion with a cement floor, picnic tables and electrical outlets. The fee for rental is $200. The Williams Building will comfortably hold about 60 people, has a carpeted floor, raised stage at the front of the room, small kitchen facility with pass through to main meeting room and bathroom facilities. This building is great for meetings and get togethers. You are responsible for cleaning any spots and stains made to the carpet during your rental. The rental fee is $200. And last, but definitely not least is our Main Building. The Main Building is a versatile facility that can accommodate anywhere from 10 - 360 guests. Within this building we also offer a Health Department inspected kitchen facility which which is included in the fee. Please call us for the fee for this building and other details.

All rentals require a cash security deposit in addition to the rental fees listed above and a custodial fee (minimum $60). Lessees are responsible for their own clean up and damage to the property.
